Day 1: The lamp turned our room into a dawn scene from a cartoon (cue Morning by Peer Gynt and chirping birds)... C woke up, I hit snooze to shut the chirping bird sounds off. I did not feel any effects from the lamp but it was only one day.
Day 2: (Really day 4 but I didn't use the lamp over the weekend) Again the lamp wakes C up... I continue sleeping and I guess not taking advantage of the healing light. I do feel a little bit less grumpy but not enough to give credit to the lamp.
Day 3: C tells me he loves the lamp... that he feels more rested when he wakes up. I tell him I'll probably need to shove the lamp up my ass for it to work.
..... I'm going to try waking up with the lamp to see if it helps. If anything, at least C enjoys it?
